The White Paper on Sustainable Energy is an essential first step to move the Western Cape Province on to a more sustainable path of energy production and use. The vision of the White Paper is to contribute towards affordable energy use for all and to minimise the negative effects of energy usage upon human health development and energy use through efficient practices.
