Through a series of interviews with municipal staff, suppliers and installers, this review explores the experience of solar water heater roll-out to low-income households from a municipal perspective, considering the process from pre-installation through to post-installation and maintenance. A set of best practice recommendations are provided (GIZ, SEA, 2015).
