This project is about the 20-year wheeling agreement which was signed between the Nelson Mandela Bay Metropolitan Municipality and Amatola Green Power. To date 5000 MWh are wheeled each year from private renewable energy developers to willing buyers through the municipal network (GIZ, SALGA & SEA, 2015).
