This report sets out the case for investment in concentrated solar power (CSP) in SA, followed by lessons learnt in CSP procurement under the Renewable Energy Independent Power Producers Procurement Programme, and ends off with the provision of a partnership-linked procurement-driven future strategy (WWF, 2015).
