The Municipal Electricity Efficiency Response Tool is designed to assist municipalities develop a 3‐year electricity efficiency response plan. The tool will enable
municipalities to prioritise, plan and budget electricity interventions in a systematic and strategic programme, rather than on an ad hoc projects basis.
